Anyone got/had a Sony Ericsson P910i?

I've always wanted one of these and they are quite cheap these days. I'm bored of my K800i and the features may be useful for work.

Does anyone have any experiences?

Ive had a p800, p900, p910, and a p990i

P910 was the best phone ive ever owned.
It did everything i needed:

TomTom, Music, Video (divx playback with smart movie was awesome) Msn was just like being at my pc (Jmsn) The P990i is a step forward in some respects but i wish they carried over more.

Cheers Tom, good to hear that. It's more novety than anyhting but I do like my toys and I find the K800i to be too simple as I usually buy Nokia symbians'.

It takes a while to get used to it, its not like other phones.

Handwriting recognition is cool though.

Fantastic, I love features like that. I wonder if it will be able to recognise my spider scrawl. I want to be able to sync' it with my work laptop ideally. I got to get me one o' those now.

I have P910i for 2 years :)
Great phone and I do not want to change it for anything else.
It works great, and you can put anything you want in it. I have 2GB memory card and it can replace my notebook in many situations

I had a p800 and p900 and my mate + bro had the p910. Good phones that do alot but I got tired of using it for simple things like texting which isn't as quick or easy as a normal phone. There's also the size (although not massive)

Do miss some of the features like easier to browse online and use msn with the stylus but bth I hardly used wap anyway due to the price, and most of the time I'm at a computer anyway.

If you want one that acts like a PDA and can do many things cant go far wrong really. I've still got my p900 incase I change my mind about it.

Oh and yes it will sync with outlook for email/addresses.

I would get a Windows phone personally. I'm using a HTC Charmer atm (T mobile MDA compact) which is pretty s**t as a PDA. But it has all the windows outlook features along with word, excel etc etc etc.

My next one might be this in a month or so.

Has EVERYTHING. Keyboard which is useful if you've ever used the handwriting technique you'll know it's definately not the fastest way of entering text, and the on screen keyboards can be a little unforgiving at times.

It has the power of the latest PDAs which means games and movies will work like a charm. WiFi, Bluetooth means you're always online. Phone which works with the Outlook contacts will always be my reason for buying one. And this has GPS built in !!

Not the biggest screen you can get, but it's the same as a normal PDA with the keyboard function, so when watching video it can be less than optimal, but what do you expect from a 3 inch screen....
