Cut rear bumper for exhaust

I have a daft 6x4 magnex box on the car which hangs quite low, I really want to raise it and cut it into the bumber slightly.

what should I use to cut the bumper and can you get some nice trim to fiish the job?

i have a custom 4 inch which i had the bumper cut looks real nice, just dont place the exhaust too close without a heat sheild, ill post a few pics if u want

no offence taken, i had a lil speedbump accident, so its moved to left about an inch, its a custom made exhaust and the guy who made it for me is in hong kong for the next couple of weeks it dont look like that all the time
