Anybody fitted Sparco buckets to an RS Clio?

they are going to require a bit of fitting as they are side mounted with unversal mounts.

You would then need to create a way to fit it into the clio. Not too difficult, but they dont just bolt in.

Nice seat choice. Think its what im going for.

buy a sparco clio specific subframe...

the side mounts when mounted to the seats will be wider than the runners on the subframe...sooooo....

buy a strip of metal and cut it into 2 making sure it is wider than the runners and bolt the seat to the metal strips

Ooooeer, how do you know it's crash-safe? I take confidence in the fact the factory produced stuff is certified fit for the FIA stamp, but a home-made effort sounds a bit ifffy?

The metal i used was strengthened metal used for structual work and its bolted to the runners and the seat side mounts so it should be stiffened enough
