I've had a search and there seems to be a load of Mk2 ph1 grande owners who are trying to fit fog lights......for instance my mate up the road.

as far as i can see No-one has ever replied to their questions .
Is it that no-one knows how, or that they keep it to themselves, or that they just hate grande owners....:quiet: ?

I've done a bit with automotive electronics and fitting fog lights shouldnt be a problem......(he says, having not looked at it yet....)

When I do it, I might take some pics to shed a little light on it for all the Grande owners out there.

Well, when my mate gets his foggies through with the stork, we will try to work it out and take some pics.
We may put up a little guide if the work isnt too emabarising......better make that an idiots guide if its gonna be for grande owners......JOKES! JOKES JOKES.....

Because they look better than the plastic surrounds in the bumper and when youve got them fitted... might as wel have them wired up yes?

I've got fogs as standard on my valver and never use them. They just make the car look nicer during the day. Makes the whole car look lower imo

Exactly, i dont understand why people have to be morons when it comes to fog lights. If they were in our shoes they would know what its like. We want them to look good, but once we have them... why not wire them up?!

to wire them up you will need a new stalk for the inside of the car which has the front fog switch on it but it has to be the same make as the one you get think there is 3 diffrent makes then its a case of running the wire to the fogs from the stalk as there is not any which could be used etc top of the dash off pushing wires though etc following the orginal loom etc would be a good few hours work
