now that is very good thinkin, this guy makes sence, and its cheap to do so:rasp:
i have done pretty cheap simple things to my clio albeit its a ph2, i havent got round to changing the indicators yet guys before you bark loudly at me
i found a spoiler in a scrap yard £5
laguna sport alloys rather cheap, although offset is slightly wrong, so for desired look gonna need spacers, they dont catch, 195/45 16 yokahama's only £35 each
tinted rear widows, a roll of window tint isnt much
colour coding, probabally the part im most chuffed with, pretty cheap if your any good with a sanding block, labour costs the most, it was worth the long hours in the garage on a night with a head ache off the primer lol

i will have a look, i know we have a 19 16valve bonnet but not sure about clio 16 valve, but like i said i will have a look and get back to you
