That is a delicious car, black ftw. You should paint your calipers perhaps

i was thinking that mate, not sure what colour though?

Nice apart from that MASSIVE exhaust.

the story with the exhaust is my std one broke and i needed my car from work, and that blueflame system is the only one i could get next day,it sounds really nice,i just need to have the time to get it up on the ramps at work and get it hanging right

Looking good, how many miles has this done?

she turned on 106,400 miles this morning matey

wheel refurb?

very nice though mate

yup wheels will be done tomorrow, weather permitting

get the clio tail lights with the silver circle in the middle from dynamique and the 182 spoiler and you've got youself a beauty!

if you want to go a bit more try the rgm spltter for the front

the ph1 looks good in black, you dont see that many about, my ph1 is pearl black also.
I would be inclined to swap the exhaust for a stealth, and you could mix up some black and silver hammerite to give your calipers that fresh oem look.

I like the black door pulls, I've often thought about doing things like this but the risk of peeling paint put me off, have you found the paint finish quite durable?

looking great russ but I dont think the double barrel zorsticles work on any clio... and colour code it Im sick of tellin ya hahah :D
also grab some ph2 rear lights off the bay it makes a huge difference.

Mint tho fella! looks very clean they did a good job

Ahhh just like mine.

IMHO they look ace as standard.

My car now has a Phase 2 172 steering wheel on it though and it makes so much difference and is not that hard a job.

i like that caliper idea mate, might have go this afternoon, and the door pulls have been fine mate,if u wanna do it,go for it mate, just make sure you put a fir few coats on,and i laquered mine too,and leave them a good few days to dry hard,i left mine a day and the top coat was dry but bottom ones wasnt,so in the airing cupboard they went lol

i have been thinking about that mate, are they expensive?

loose the ariel loose the chav box at the back and lower it also need arches cleaned :P lol good job.

all opinions graciously accepted guys thank you for all interest and it gives me some idea to work towards :D

i couldnt be arsed with the arches,we ran out of time lol

Looks good mate!

As said above: silvervisions, mk2 rear lights, stealth exhaust, and like me a steering wheel refurb :-)

got to lower it. mine looked ace when i dropped it on the f1s. and ph2 rear lights and colour code the strips/handles.
i just given mine a massive clean but alas i cant be @rsed uploading any photos

Looks nice :)

Those original clusters look w**k at night, sorry but they really do lol.

I've just had a half respray on mine, almost pukka now, shame to sell it!

I like the ph1 lights as well. Wont be going to ph2 on mine..

Car looks mint especially as it has quite a few miles on it, iirc.

I found the phase 1 lights really boring tbh, I couldn't wait to swap mine when I got the car.

Are the bump strips colour coded? If not do that and different rear lights Phase 2 i think.

and im re furbishing the wheels this week :)

No colour coding please looks mint for miles

These look fantastic on black ph1 172s

Maybe silvervisions and eibach sportlines I think personally keep the ph1 rear lenses dont colour code side strips looks cheap and nasty on ph1's. Do think slamed black ph1 in pic on 182's in anthracite wiv no centre caps look as good as standard f1's if not better on black and would b my only choice if changing rims. Ive g ph1 and 182's just dont look as good on silver car so still av 15"" f1's....
