how do you do it yourself.? dont you need the locking things..

yes u need locking tools.
Cambelt kit around 140
aux kit around 50
cam oil seals few quid

Seriosly NOT a diy job. ONLY to be done by someone who has experiance of doing these sort of jobs.

Labour rate aare they quoting for chnaging the belkts and tensioenrs etc?
