172 belt routing

just a quickie i know alot of people have deleted the PAS pump from the 172 belt system how did you go about it

also how the hell did you go about sourcing a belt

you can't using that setup (well not easily) you have to switch to a cup setup

just want to get it running
i've asked matt to sort out a cup setup if possible but im just looking at options.

how is it done with the cup setup though as with the cup i'll just be ditching the ac i'll still need to sort a shorter belt and some sort of idler where the pas pump is now?

This for converting yours? Why not use the hydraulic system? Its loads better imo, not got the rack I take it?

where do you get the shorter belts from then?

another bracket setup can be used instead of the cup brackets

i just put a piece of string round the pulleys, measured it and then got the right length belt from andrew page

well there not custom, just off different vehicles

count how many rows/ribs you want, then tell them how long, job done

my life was made easier as my mate works for andrew page lol
