Take your parcel shelf out and pop it on your bathroom scales? What does it weigh?

I'm trying to get an accurate measure of how much weight I've lost but can't weigh my parcel shelf as it's the only piece I've sold.

I think your coco pops will weigh more lol . Can't see it being 100 grams , but it does weigh next to nothin' .
