Looks good but they have failed to put on a replacement black bumper insert on the left side of the bumper(looking from the front). see the black bit on the right hand side, below the bottom left corner of the headlamp, there's one missing from the left!

You're the first person to notice other than myself! It's been like that since I bought it. For some strange reason it's been painted that colour over the black plastic. I'll be putting it back to normal at some point!

i used to work for VW and a similar thing happened, the customer got free life time servicing, all repairs done and a bloody smart rental car while it was all done!! Make sure you take every dime you can get from them!

I got it from Fancyplates.com. I can't remember the measurement for the recess off the top of my head but a simple tapemeasure will tell you

Mussing them? How do you mean? I assumed from looking that those two back bits were just part of the mould of the front bumper? One of mine has been painted for some reason and the other is how it should be...

thats unlucky, i dont know how people that post topics of things like this when it happens keep so composed.. if i came back to my car in that state id of kicked them in the face there and then, get it repaired and get something compensation wise for it theyre in the wrong so push a free mot or service out of them whatever you feel like really, dont be worried about what might qualify at the end of the day look at the amount of hassle theyve caused you i doubt asking for the above would bother them and make sure it comes out the c**t who did the damage wages.
