Differences between 182 dials and dynamique dials

As far as i can see the only difference between them is the 182 dials goto 8k and 160mph and the dynamique dials goto 7k and 140mph

is there any difference in styling?

dunno then but i know the ph3 were only made after 2004 because they also changed the air intake on them aswell didnt they!

tbh the ph3 front bumper was only made from 2004-2005, mynes a late 2005 and i have the ph2 bumper.

the end of the 04 plate 1.216v d4f engine had the modified air box to comply with eu emissions and shite like that, also the digi display came in late 2004

Just looked again, Its likely its a PH3 but Wouldn't count on it 100%
You probably wont get the digi display, not many have it. Best thing to do is ring and get the guy to look for you!

another thing which egnine 1.2 or 1.4 would it be worth it getting that extra power?

not really much in differnce with 1.4 and 1.2 as the 1.4 block is obviously heavier, 1.2 will struggle more with a full load or up hills

There's not a great amount in it till your on the motorway, the 1.4 16v pulls along nicely on Mways and has slightly stiffer suspension and more steering feel. Its not massively noticeable though.

ive got the digi gauges. nt sure is the other dials can do it but if you do the special test thing it tells you how many litres of petrol you got left

My Ph3 is a Ph2/3 hybrid basically. Its got the ph3 wheels,dials, and updated engine. But its got a Ph2 bumper. Seen a few cars like mine (extreme 4) around with Ph2 bumpers on. I think renault did the run to get rid of some old parts before they switched to the campus, it also came colour coded as standard.

Anyway yeah its odd what I have noticed is:

2001-2003 (53): old bumper and lower grill, normal fuel gauge and temp

2004 (53, 04)- 2006 dynamiques/ extreme 4's: newer front bumper and lower grill, different alloys and digi gauges. Other specs i.e. authentique, expression, extreme 3;s seem to have the older grill, not sure why yours has AliBailey?

Yep u can, hold wiper stalk button in then turn ignition to 2, then press button again
