can í use a cylinder head from 2l megane in my 172 clio?

okey..
I own a 2002 172 clio sport i just found out that there is a crack in my cylinder head.. so i have to buy another one.. and i was wondering.. can i use a cylender head from a 2.0l 2002-200? megane? and get the same peformance?

Theres lots of 172/182 engines for sale if you look around.

Sorry didnt realise you live in Iceland. They cylinder heads are completely different iirc, youd have to use one from another F4R.
