I moved from a 1.2 16v Dynamique to the 182 i had previous to my R27 and tbh there's no great difference when driving normally...the 172/182 aren't all they're cracked up to be IMO, even my R27 is getting boring.

That wasn't realy the awnser I was after, I was hoping it was going to feel like a completely different car to drive.

Think i'm going to have to test drive one before making the decision on whether to get one or not.

its a great car to drive compared with 1.2 allways been a devoted clio fan despite the frenchness lol, smooth powerful handles great it just never fails to put a smile on my face when i drive her. had a few teething probs at first but warranty soon sorted that out. also it makes me feel more a part of this wonderfull club.

As said rude boi stickers need removing asap, And the BMW style shark fin Aerial aint doing it no favours especially as its silver...

Oh and to Brett... the 1*2's arent much different from any other clio tbh.. I totally agree with alan on this, Had a 182 and now a 197 and im getting bored too... N/A just dont cut it for me no more, time for some boost me thinks

But for someone going from a 1.2 to a 1*2, it's a very big step up.

It'd be like someone goin from a 125 aprillia to a 600 fireblade.

I also went from a 1.2 to a 182 and at first it blew me away speed wise - but now it's doesn't feel as fast as I'm used to it. Guess it can be like a drug always wanting that little bit extra performance!
