for the back, not too worried about the screen as its pretty scratch proof anyway. would kust like to protect the back from scratches but not have a visible case.

I just showed a woman in my office the voice activation... She was sooooo excited she almost wet herself! Now the calls you may expect, but when I cracked out... "Play music" and Black Eyed Peas came on that was it, she practically came!

voice commands are amazing tbf! sometimes when you say "play songs by *artist name*" it doesnt always play the right one, but other than that, it works great!

HSDPA is like 3.5G or 3G+

but i'm sure O2 only does speeds of 1.8 MB/s so its irrelevant that the 3G does upto 7.2 MB/s

ah right, thats what i was trying to find out. so how come 02 havent allowed 7mb/s then?

Has many other people had problems with their 16GB iphone's running slow after installing 3.0?

Mine ran slow before hand but when i open my texts or any other app it takes a good 5 - 7 seconds to open.

Can't say im overly happy TBH.

Think i'll give apple a call and see what they say

just a quick question so i don't have to trawl through this whole post. If i get a 12 month o2 simplicity simcard with the free unlimited web bolt on, is it fully unlimited internet usage like the iphone contracts or is it limited to 200mb?

As I'm new to all this contractual malarky on an iPhone... in a WiFi area I get free internet access. Done. However, if I'm not in a wireless zone and I use my iPhone to access the internet, will I be charged by o2 on my monthly bill? I'm on the 600min/500text tariff.

No you have a unlimited cellular data plan too.

The original o2 T&C stated 200mb but this was dropped when the original iPhone was released due to bad press. AFAIK they dropped this on all tariffs and not only the iPhone.
