A few photos from a quick meet up with some of the NW guys at Oulton Park today. I love going there if nothing else just for Coach Road - best road ever!

There is no editing on these, except a 2:1 crop to bring some consistency to the set and also exposure changes, maybe an autotone on a few of them. I know I swing from one end of the spectrum to the other, but got a bit fed up looking back at the Fairford photos and I'm trying to streamline the whole process.

Actually found the 70-200mm too long for a lot, guess I need to learn the angles for next time.

Thanks everyone. It was a bit of a practice run tbh, first time with that lens at a track and ages since the last time I tried with cars. They're a bit plain (no smoking tires etc..) and the keeper rate was probably only 5%, but quite happy with them.

Can't believe how sunburnt I got either, clouds were deceptive!

Ha, yeah will do pal, looking to get back there as much as I can, work on getting some decent compositions and suchlike (this set by my own admission are frickin' boring lol). Hopefully next time it won't be a novice day and there will be a bit more going on.

Ah ok.. it's not something I would own, but it was clear to see that he's put a lot into it, looked very tidy. If he wants a copy of the photo just give me a shout; it's not great but if he wants it I don't mind.
