my wheels have just been resprayed!!

well i was going to paint them a pearlescent colour like a dark blue or similar but i couldnt find any paint codes for ones i liked so i decided to use black magic and add a few colours of my own!
they all needed refurbing anyway so i thought i would just change the colour...
here's lots of pics of the steps!
will just see if they grow on me or endevour to find a pearl colour i want annd change them again.

primered up and ready to go..

new against old (not laquered yet)

i no, but i know how to get that colour red again so if i decide to try it again i may do it like that but theres a lot of different shades of red in that mix! plus i reckon it each wheel will need about 6/7 base coats to get such a deep colour..

they took me just under 4 hours as there was quite a bit of damage on 3 of them and laquer was peeling off and it kept raining so i had to put the marque up!

How many rattle cans did you need to do them and how much it set you back?

rattle cans!!! hahahahahaha im a mobile body repairer so i do it properly (use my guns and proper paint sytems) so it probably cost me £10 for supplies!
