182 runnig really lumpy when cold

Hi guys

Got a problem with my 182. It runs really lumpy and dosnt want to rev over about 3k when cold and seems to iron its self out once warm :S

Iv had the plugs changed and its still doing it

Any ideas???

Does it sound like its missfiring or lacks power when you floor it?

Had a similar issue as above and found out to be my coil pack & lamba sensor.

When was it last serviced?

all RS's feel like there running on low on power when its cold, its norm

thats exactly what it dose!!! Its doin my head in coz iv had the car 2yrs n it never done it befor!

Got a full service on it today and its still doin it

So it cold be the coil pack?

Iv got a decat on mine n the lamber sensor has bin throwing up a fault ever since n thats bin like tht for over a yr now so doubt its that.

You have two lamba sensors, one in the decat like mine and one before it. The one before it was the one causing me issues but the coil pack was the main issue. It was only firing on 3 cylinders.

As everyone says though, they can run crap when cold but if yours is acting like its lost ''all'' its guts then it will be worth taking it back where you got it serviced. They should take a look at it and have a better idea in the flesh.

You need a remap from www.fastchip.nl

Thats the sad thing about owing a Clio. It will be running fine one day, then the next day something new pop ups. :dapprove:
