Track Car Door Cards

Apart from the carbon firbre door card sheets are there any other cheaper alternatives that people have used. I've noticed Bazzon/Barron have just black door cards.

Would this sort of stuff be ok. Seems cheap enough and big enough?

I'd then just need to find a way of attaching them after triming. Any ideas how?

You want some sort of foam/padding between the door card and the door otherwise they rattle a lot! Most people screw them on, I'd probably bond them though (purely for looks tbh!)

I was thinking about trying to set up a GB for some carbon ones, would hopefully make em a bit cheaper...

i'm going to make my own up out of 3mm black perspex, i got a few quotes from various companies so i'll stick up the best price i got when i get to work tomorrow if your interested mate (quotes on my work e-mail)

I do actually have the handles that they have in the picture lol gona be sprayed black though.

With redards to everyone saying i dont need door cards. I've striped lots out of the car but i just wanted to tidy it up a bit. Looks horrific on the inside.
