New splitter fitted

i know its dying for a clean but i thought id take some quick pics after fitting my new splitter

Also, thinking of removing the towing eye to give it a more cleaner looking front end

opinions?

Not fussed on the colour scheme, it makes the wheels look dirty! And I'm not a fan of the yellow fogs! Other than that the car looks good lol

wheels are dirty, very very dirty lol thinking of doing the wheels gloss black though but i think it mite be too dark then

Looks fine to me , looks better with the splitter on .
I quite like the fogs , suits the black car well

already lowered 30mm mate.. would love to slam it 60mm but i dont think it would handle as well being that low

thinking about black wheels, maybe someone could do a photoshop for me? black or anthracite dimond will be done, proberly this weekend.. i like the silver bullets atm, they break up the colour a bit from a side on view

If it was me i'd spray the front diamond black mate, would make a huge difference to the looks of the front end imo.

i just think the front end looks so much smoother and cleaner with it off so iv decided to sell it

I see what you mean lol, im sure ive seen a couple of black clio's with satin black diamonds on here though, can't imagine it looking terrible anyway!

mite try it in anthracite first to match the wheels, that way it wont look like its missing and still look more suttle

yeah i think tow rings look a bit out of place on a stock 172. also not a huge fan of the yellow fogs. for a clean front end...

- remove the tow ring
- insulation tape your fogs black or remove them
- remove the headlight washer jets, and blank off with rubber grommets
- paint the diamond

dont think the fogs look right might be becuase the sorrounds have faded to a grey.

now that you mention it, the fog light surrounds have faded.. mite paint them gloss black later.. not removing the yellow fogs just yet as i like them but i may remove the headlight washer jets
