Heard the doorbell go, So dragged myself up (off work because im ill :dapprove only to find a huge package at the bottom of the stairs.

So with the help of my grandad we started to unpack it......

It was like pass the parcel with all the well wrapped layers,

easy son, you never mentioned a word to me (if you had, it would've been replaced instantly, not that i'm saying it left us in that condition!), AND the people you had fit it decided it needed cutting to bits to make it fit correctly which simply isn't the case if they'd used even the smallest amount of common sense!
