Probably because in CoD you could run around having a w**k, txting your missus/slut and abusing the yanks all at the same time whilst still coming out top.
In BF you actually need to work as a team and think about what your doing instead of mindless spraying (unless your medic)

When you are kitting up, flick across to the 4th or 5th option, then scroll down or up to find the scope.
well if they are the same, once you have the gold star on one, then pick the other and get the gold star on that... 5000 points a popYou do have to uprank to unlock the drill, yes.
Also, the SCAR and the stock gun have the exact same stats, yes, but it's personal preference as the SCAR has a better sight/scope.
Like said, it does get much better the more you unlock and rank up.
You'll cry when more people unlock the M16. More effective than the M60 by faarrr IMO. A real 'n00bcann0n'.

I love medic class personally mainly for the M60 with x4 scope. But also loving the rapid fire thing with less recoil, better for long shots. I want to try assault and engineer more but get hammered as the starting weapons are pony. When you get stars against weapons does it improve your accuracy or purely just for stat purposes?
I use the XM8 I think and a few perks.. I can nail people from miles away with that by just tapping the trigger
Want to try another gun soon though.
The heatseaking rocket launchers you get are s**t! I was trying to shoot an Apache down yesterday and it would get anywhere near it...changed to a non heatseaking one and got it in the first attempt

Medic is epic. The M60 is awesome with red dot and the increased accuracy perk. easy to get buttloads of kills with relative ease. 15 for 3 on that open island type map. Also, 20 points per squad member heal. I got 120 points yesterday for healing one of my squad mates from nearly 0hp back to full! 50 per revive and 1 saved ticket for your team.

Wassat? Seriously, I've not heard of that, how does it work? The stars are just stat-tracking. You can get multiple stars that show you're an ace with that specific weapon!
There aren't any heat-seeking RPGs? :S There is a wire-guided one though (keep the reticle over the target and it'll hit it).

Thats what I ment..you keep the reticle (sp) red thing on the target and it apparently hits...never has done for me although the b*****d helicopter was flying around in circles..so switched to a normal RPG thing and aimed it infront of it and bang first time.

I had a couple of c**ts on Atacama hovering over our deployment base basically spawn camping. Flying around and blowing everything up. Could I shoot the f**ker down? Not a chance. I did manage to AA gun it a few times so it had to go and land to repair but just kept coming back again. No one else seemed too bothered but it was getting my goat. Just as I hit it for repair again I loaded up the quad with C4 and jumped on to ram the thing while it was down and the b*****d game ended. Grrrr.

Back OT:
I like buzzing over to the enemy base, laying some AT mines down by vehicles (using the explosives upgrade that allows 6 AT mines!) then hopping on my quad back into the firefight.

Trophies, I'd say. You get the pins and awards on the 360 version, so I'm presuming it's the same for the lesser machine.
As for the UAV's, on the Laguna Presa map, if you are at the Train Yard (B) and you're Recon, you can use your scope to spot an enemy using the UAV control pod all the way on the roof at the Lumber Mill (C). Simply call in a mortar strike on that position. You'll get damage points, points for destroying the console, points for killing the user and whatever else you manage to destroy using the strike. It's very effective. You can rack up 200 points sometimes. The best thing is that the UAV pods re-appear after about 5 minutes, too. So you can just do it again.
This is all bearing in mind you've unlocked the Mortar Strikes and someone from the other team is actually using the UAV at the time - other wise it's like destroying a tank with no one in it. Pointless.
