So I've seen a clio going for sale. Its a 1.2 on a 51 plate with 75k on the clock. It has a big scrape along the side of both panels & dented but also the possibility of the head gasket gone.

How much would you say its worth?

Needs £600 worth of paint, its got the wrong steering wheel in it (Airbags gone off?) and it needs a headgasket/service/cambelt.

£300 tops.

Only buy it if you can do the work yourself, otherwise it's not worth it. As the others say £300 max.

Really? hmm, may be more hassel than its worth! My bro is a mechanic, he'd be sorting it. Plus my brother In law Is a sprayer

All I want Is a ph2 with reasonable milage! While were on the subject, how much do you recon my 106 is worth. 02 plate, CLEAN, 105k, recently serviced with new lambda sensor! Plus new discs & pads, plus a years MOT & 6 months tax! Good little car actually

Dynamique should be leather. That ones off an expression, plastic.

its the leather one, that spec comes with the leather one

Dunno really depends how handy/botherd about the damage. head gasket kit on the 1.2 16v is around £60 i think so providing the rest of it is pretty sound and you can sort the head out? £600? and just run it with the damaged body work untill it dies?

From the picture it looks like the hard plastic one?

If it is the leather one just badly worn it is the normal wheel
