Dual optics fuse

  Jap Box
Hi,

Basically, fitted the dual optics today, all working fine bar the one important bit :(

When going to put the fuse in place in the fuse box, the box doesnt have pins to connect to the fuse, meaning the car doesn't have the wiring in place for it :(

Anyone else had this problem before? Whats a way around it?

Yep, there is no fuse, that guide is wrong.

Basically, it means not being able to have the two of the lamps on the same time or something. To be completely honest, it's not a big deal in the slightest.

There is however a fix, which include fitting a relay of kinds, but good fecking luck finding the thread where someone detailed this... (sorry)

Ucch b****cks, it says its needed for the MOT though :S

Id have indeed thought I could relay the lights on a separate switch to put the full beam on with the normal ones, but I dont think I can be arsed to get it done really.

Yeah the light is pretty rubbish, might get some HID's around christmas time to replace them anyway :) havent got standards to swap back :( on both cars the passenger light was the one that got smashed, so I have two spare drivers ones :rasp:
