Cat D LY V6 on the cheap?

Wasnt aware LY was around on the 2003 cars but if its geunine and its only had light front end damage could be a steal for somebody at that milage.

Front bumper looks a bit out of line, could just be me tho! I would wanna see pics of the damage but I dont imagine is hard to CAT D one of these as repairs must be costly!

I cant understand why it would have a VOSA report, i thought it was only CAT C that needed to go for a VOSA check??

BUT its cheap and if its repaired properly who cares. You buy cheap and sell it on cheap if you do sell it. Beautiful in LY though

Couldn't agree more Steve, even with a desirable paint it doesn't make it worth any more - in fact probably less, as it's even less original.

Hmmmm, so its had a full spray job then.

Didnt think LY come in until the later models.

This was sold for 2k less on ebay the other day, not to mention that its NOT the original colour it left the factory in and plus its CAT D.... perhaps good value for someone out there but im sorry if i was buying a vee i would make sure its original in terms of colour atleast! if it had been damaged then i would want proof of repair and photos etc.

think this was the one off copart start of yr with back end smash, some chap was tryin to shift it over ebay for months, was askin 6.5k for it
