If you're quick, ASDA have Holts Tyre foam for £2 a can atm, it's normally £6 a pop, I bought 4!

Shouldn't do no. Fitters should remove foam, then fix/replace tyre. No issues

Is it an MOT requirement to have a can if you have no spare? Mine passed anyway but might be worth getting one can for MOT day if you dont have one?

I know they hate it, but that's what they 'should' do.

Don't think it's an mot thing. Never had mine checked

Its not a fail if you dont have a spare or foam.

It doesn't ruin tyres. They say this to get a new tyre out of you.
