ipod connection to 2003 FF 172

Do Renault do something for the Clio so I can connect my ipod touch without losing the use of the display?

You can buy a Connect2 which plugs into the back of the standard headunit you can use the steering wheel stalk control on it aswell they are pretty good imo.

No prob's been corrected if wrong, but think you need later than 2003 STD h/u to use tunepoint.

I read somewhere about them not working with the headunits that come with cd changers??

The Connects2 just plus in where the CD Autochanger connection would go.

The only thing is if you have a 4th Gen Nano (or one of the other Ipods) which use 5v rather than 12v you will need a connection to allow the Ipod to charge while connected.

Connects 2 is track up/down, album up/down and volume up/down via the stalks and stereo, track 1 cd1 is displayed on the vehicle display. Much cheaper than a tunepoint.
