Aye there just lightly sprayed with black paint mate! Was just something i did when I was spraying my alloys Lol.

Looks good, needs different wheels tho IMO. Have you just chopped the standard front plate down? At least the police should be ok with it.

if you mean the wheels he got now? they are non sport alloys, 172 alloys are 16" and slightly a different style
