Was sold these by a chap on here, they're some custom made jobbies which needed a little bit of fettling but work now! Sit slightly lower than Trophy seats but not a significant amount.

Run out of black paint?

Lol, nah it's how they came when I purchased the wheels mate, no money atm to spend on pretty things! :)

My old one! Was mega tidy when I sold it, shame.

Indeed was in great condition when you owned it Steve, unfortunately the previous owner let it down horrifically. Rear ended, dephaser gone and ran it lowish on oil, just treated like a p.o.s... When I got it I had only thing on my mind given the condition, track the hell out of it!

Not quite sure who Steve is, lol.

I was the 2nd owner and sold it July 09, how many has it had now?

Lol sorry Chris? Had you confused with someone else.

Tom from Wests Renault owned it, then the next owner was a guy called 'gibs' on here who didnt care for it. Terribly dishonest and talked bucket loads of s**t when I went to get the car, but the cars straight thankfully and I got it at a price that I would get my money back if I broke it for spares easily.

Seems to have a lot of interior for a race car? What work has been done so far Nick?

Yeah its still a road car atm, but as soon as either someone buys my 182 interior/Recaros or I get the cage I'm after than it'll all be coming out and interior weight saving will commence.

Currently the car has...

AST Sportline 1's (Burpspeed setup)
Quaife ATB Differential
JMS RS-2 Extra
Grp Bonnet
Fresh Cambelt/Aux/Dephaser/Pas Pump/Waterpump.
Full suspension refresh.

Not doesn't really sound a lot but its a budget racer build, so they'll be no fancy bits and money wasted on things I don't need for the first seasons racing. Purely basics to get out there, hopping that my both Ollie82. (other driver) and I have enough talent to at least play with the new fellow Clio racers in the Tintops.

Ahhh, so thats who bough Will's (Weo) seats. When did you get hold of them?

Indeed they are his, got them about 3-4 months ago I think but have been working away from home so hadn't fitted them until a couple of weeks ago.

Those seats are stunning, what are they out of?

I like the odd wheel too, looks good ;)

Seats are out of a Mitsubishi Evo 5 I believe, slightly different from the Trophy Recaros as these have larger bolsters that actually hold you well but the only downside is no adjustable leg support.

Looks good, i love how them wheels are exactly as i sold them lol! How did you cut the slot in the rear bumper without loosing the brackets? I tried it on my 172 cup rear bumper and accidently cut though one of the plastic brackets

Awesome spec btw :)

Lol, yeah was fed up of the steel wheels on there with bald tyres so got my Hankook RS2's fitted to the oz's.

The rear bumper doesnt have any rear tabs below the strip now, it's a tad 'flexible' but it'll be alright! Lol
