Handbrake 'clunk' upon release?

This happend for the first time today when I moved my car.

Basically after I released the handbrake, as the wheels started to roll, there was a loud 'clunk' from the rear wheels, any idea what that could be? Probably nothing but it did it's done it twice now.

Sometimes the brakes don't fully release after the car's been sitting for a while,
usually overnight, it's just the brake pads letting go.

Happens on mine every now and again.
