Can the vent be removed?

Im talking about the vent to the right side of the dials, my 'flaps' are lose and they flap about which is annoying. I think they are unclipped or something.

Ive tried to prize it a bit but i dont want to force it too hard incase i break it completley.

have you tried taking off the top part of the dash and had a look from behind

It is indeed. Easier for me to ask someone else to do it instead of having to look through it on my phone though.
