Length and diameter of breather

Can any tell me the length and diameter of the breather that connects to the air intake on a 182. I am going to change the current filter and induction kit but the pipe to the throttle body has the breather pipe as a moulded part.

13mm is what i put on mine the other day. nice snug fit

I would think that if the OD is 13mm then the ID would be around 8mm, but i cant be 100% sure of this.
