they don't even look safe; the securing ring part of the spring has been cut off!

What's "rare" about them? They've simply had an angle grinder taken to a set of what look like G-max. About 12p worth of scrap metal right there

i had a car in the other day that had the rear springs zip tied in place, it was SO LOW!

we had to zip tie them in, when we (eventually) got it in the air the bloody springs fell out LOL!
