they don't even look safe; the securing ring part of the spring has been cut off!

What's "rare" about them? They've simply had an angle grinder taken to a set of what look like G-max. About 12p worth of scrap metal right there

lol... no unfortunately my house doesnt have wheels on like the guy who listed them. i can only but wish....
