clio 172 not starting

Hi guys as above I put a new engine in recently iv all linked up again but I'm not gettin fuel or spark :s coil pack is fine the fuel comes to injector rail but won't spray I also tryed a crank sensor but no joy any ideas guys

just put this in other question thingy but the relay I had it turning over but not spray is in the fuse box to the right hand side as you looking in

What 1 the fuel is comin to the rail but won't spray in to the cyclinders

So injectors arent firing. Sure yiu got them plugged? Maybe immob issue

Yes I have all plugged in and the immob light goes out so its not the problem
