Clio 172 phase 1 timing settings

Just changed cams to the 197 ones on my 172 and looking for timing setup.
Got the F4R service manual - shows nothing.
Any useful info would be appreciated.

As far as I'm aware, only myself and mike from MWM are the only people who know the settings.

I totally agree. Problem is me and my car are in Lithuania and I am not able to bring it to UK to set the timing...

Why would you fit a pair of cams, go to that work and not know how to time them up???

Service manual wont show anything as no standard F4R came with the limited movement 172 pulley and the 197 cams.
