my biggest niggle was the sheer amount of cv joints the car liked to rip
secondly would be never feeling faithful in the reliability in either of my clio's both modded and standard hence why the vag has taken their place

few tips mate, dont change the rear axle, you'll get no extra braking power plus the rear bearings are stronger in the hubs then the discs or other wise i would have changed them as i have braided lines for the rear somewere at my parents house.
i only had time to pc the bonnet, front bumper...
tbh if the cars in thw rong place at the wrnog time thiefes will take advantage, when i first bought my clio i went to leeds had my clio a couple of days, hotel we were in stated they had a car park and didnt had to park behind the hotel, came out next day to find my car broken into and head...
lol@this thread
may aswell turn it into a petrol vs diesel arguement
does it really matter?
you could just put both cars round a track and see who is quickest, i'd say the clio will be quicker but by how much? a few seconds i think most people could live having a car a couple of seconds...
lol about 9:30 into the vid, 2 cups going round oval bend in front then the speed i come round, the car was sliding about though, and that was my cool down lap as i go into the pits end of the lap - hehe
