Thanks for all the replys... I tried to change the ICV today, still the same problem. I have already changed to new distributor cap, rotor arm, spark plugs, spark plug leads, and the temp sensor... The only thing left is the ECU and the sensor-thing underneath the throttle?

What sort of oil are u using? Could try a different grade of oil.

I had to clean my fuelpump when it started to have problems in high revs. Test your fuelpreasure an/or clean your pump. The pump has a sort of filter in front of it inside the fueltank.

Remebre Antifreeze also is "AntiRust" and lubricates the watersystem.

I bought a expencive cooler, since I wanted a realy big one.. Around 350 Euros for the kit.

Having been through 3 headgaskets this summer, I have to say the systems been pretty flushed ;). I am running a F7P whith a Megane F7R 2.0 bottom end. Willy ECU whith Prima Chip. Not realy sure what have been my problem. But Now I have done it all: Oilcooler, low temp thermostat for the water...

I had the same problem. I just took out the "spring" underneath the gearstick and it is fine. Othervise I think you must open your box... We changed the springs that keep the gear in place, and is fine now. Still run w/o the gearstick-spring.

By solid I ment that it dont have the center "hat" that you screw the disk to on the lager kits.
