its the 1.9 T4 engine from the S40 yes, std is 200bhp but been remapped for 250bhp car is nice and quick even if it cant go above 5000rpm as the clutch slips (upgraded one on order from KTR) but it was much quicker than my scooby wagon

not much tighter than the 1.8 16v really, plus more room at the back for the turbo

on my valver where the near side drive shaft goes into the box, two of the three bolts that hold the gator into the box have chewed their threads. 1. is this common 2. what can i do about it and does the box need to come out ? Cheers for your help

i only ask as the box is fine when cold then a little bit crunchy in second and third. i will try the elf oil and see what happens but any ideas as the post before says on where to get some ?
