my temp gauge went on mine, didnt go nuts, but just read zero all the time, made the car idle at around 2000 rpm as the car "thought" the engine was cold, when infact it was warm,
quite a common issue from what I understand,
Was fixed under wty, all ok since,
touches wood quickly!!!
we have one at work, never used it on my car, but its really good on our shop windows etc, the blade is very soft compared to older simular products so it gos over slight bends and curves very well,

Took car into reno to be fixed today. On the way driving to the garage the bloody temp gauge starts working again and the idle dropped back to normal! - left it with them anyway, Turns out it was a faulty temp sensor,

6 degrees, about the warmest its been since having the car, though its done nothing likethis before, almost seamed like "the choke" was on although the engine was warm. would it make sense that if the temp sensor has packed up the car doesnt know when or how much fuel to put into the engine as...
