Seen this a few times, it's local to me. I've never seen it move, but it has my favourite OZ wheels on it. My mate had them on his VTR when we were 17 and it looked amazing.
I have a list of local special cars and there's 3 on the same street. A Mk3 Supra under construction, a 997 GT3 always undercover and an Evo 4 in someone's garage.
