The Cars Spotted Appreciation Thread

Car spotting is more fun in Surrey. Just seen an Aston Martin DB5, Ferrari Testarossa, Mk2 Jaguar, R8, TR6, 964 911

Back home the most exciting vehicle spotting is what machinery the farmer is using.

Valkyrie Spider at Podium Place. No price tag but that’s as close as I let my 9 year old get.

No pics cos I'm a penis! But I've seen a few decent older car around lately.

I heard a loud rumbling earlier when I was up the road, then I spotted a black B7 RS Avant with a massive roof box.
I've seen two white BMW E34's in as many days, one's slammed so it's not the same car.
Plus a J reg 'old money' green Jag XJS the other day, identical to this one with the same colour stripes.

Why? And which ones do you like?
I don't mind the big SUV (XC90?).

Round here, pretty much every single Volvo is driven by an utter pillock. It's one of the (ever increasing number of) brands that when I see one on the road, I can guarantee I'll witness some fuckwittery.

I find the estates boring, and the little hatchback things ugly.

Every day, I pass some bloke in a hatchback thing, he's quite happily driving along with his wing mirrors folded in. He's clearly an attentive driver...

So, my hatred of the brand is derived entirely from my anecdotal experience...

Fair! I have exactly the same hatred for Kia/Hyundai.

Agree. I’d add MG and those f**king Jackamo (or whatever they are called) things to the list too

All pickups, guaranteed to be found hogging the outside lane of the motorway with a queue of people waiting behind for the c**t to get out of the way.

Pick-ups and those Transit vans with the Ford body kit are all driven by complete pellets around here.

Another group that deserve a special mention are people that drive with their hoods up. They can get fucked too.

i think we can probably all agree that these days it's probably less to do with the brand and more to do with with the amount of absolute dribbling spastics who have no road sense, no spacial awareness, and drive as if they are the only car on the road, i can't remember the last journey i did were someone didn't get on my tits, or do something completely stupid.

You're right, of course, but some brands are worse for it than others. Oddly, and this is the case with my Volvo example above, round here, the big SUV's are driven to a higher standard than the smaller variants, despite the usual screeching that big 4x4's are the worst.

Yes i have to agree, some brands certainly seem to attract a high standard of oxygen thieves.
