well im a renault technician and i may be able to get it on the cheap got all the equipment but i just need that CD only prob is were only interested in the standard side of renaults
Would anybody on here know where you could get hold of the software that will change your standard ECU to the group N one.
Is it possible to get hold of one through a dealership i know it would be very expensive and you'd need diagnosis equipment.
If possible a part no. would be great...

had my car rr ages ago and i was just wondering if the torque resembles the bhp ive got.
i have a BMC air filter dcat janspeed zorst s/chip and since rr a manifold from AWT.
is this about right or is there a mod im missing to get the torque up higher
i have had a super chip fitted to my 172 and i must say i was pretty pleased with it. all ive got is a bmc ind kit de cat and zorst and the chip and its running 189 bhp so i really cant complain
Gonna purchase some coilovers soon and it looks like the fk are best value for money according to cs members. Didnt know weather its worth the extra for koni shocks or not. What does every one think
optimax will not damage your engine or change the performance of it in an RT but you would notice a difference in a car that is recommended to run on 98ron eg 172
i was the red 172 with the cage. 14.728 was my best as you said traction was ridiculous
my mate was in the cup 172. not the one with black wheels.
have you got a black unusaul looking bonnet if so i think my mate video'd one of your runs
any body know any think bout these chips eg. power and torque improvement figures. ive currently got and superchip and was told by a local motorsport company that the group n is the best one to have for the 172s. is it worth shelling out the money again. cheers
Its a bar that blots onto the chassis and enigne/gbox unit. when the engine revs it moves. this bar stops it moving to far and hitting the baulk head. their a good idea coz renault original one is sometimes not man enough for the movement the engine has
