what are these engine stabliser thingys



they look like replacment poly bushes for the dogbone engine mount - the one under the engine attached to the gearbox
 


Its a bar that blots onto the chassis and enigne/gbox unit. when the engine revs it moves. this bar stops it moving to far and hitting the baulk head. their a good idea coz renault original one is sometimes not man enough for the movement the engine has
