First thing I checked.
Male end of the hose goes into the caliper with the female end bolting onto the union and brake line. Unfortunately the union is slightly smaller one side so wont tighten.
Car did have 4 pots fitted before but I can't imagine they'd put the incorrect stuff back on....

Or, like mine have the triangular support with a small triangular rubber mount...
Replacing pads and fluid this weekend, all fine until we tried to connect the front goodridge hose to the brake line. The union that fits into the brake line and joins the goodridge hose has a different thread. all it means is that I need to buy a male/male union with the correct thread but is...

Yep I got it,
Goes like a rocket and (touch wood) nothing has needed doing apart from a bolt on the alternator.
Engine is quieter than my last with half the miles. Only thing that does eek me are two rattles, made worse by the Sportline springs I put on but something i'll get round to...
Got away with the video last year so will take it again...
Great place as long as you treat it with a little respect! spinning in the wet always slows you down though!

Car is standard apart eibach sportlines, will have new discs pads and pilot tyres.

As well as the fronts looks like the ol girl needs rear discs and pads.
Will be doing them myself, is it wise to buy them with the bearing in? who sells them and what should i pay?
