looks like your bonnet release cable is running through that gromet matey, its really hard to poke through but from what i got told a bit of lubrication ( no jokes at the word lads ) and brute force should work :)

on mine i just popped the cover of bought myself some nice alpine 17cm's for the back and 13cm's for the front took out the old one's and slapped in the new ones in they connected perfectly for me? The speaker sizes in mine was 13cm or 5" so when lookin make sure to buy that size :)

Went to Halfrods on monday 26th to get my JVC Exad HU fitted had popped in a few weeks to reserve the unit was assured it will be there for when they fit it. Arrive promptly at 12.30, walk to the desk where the fitting guy is standing give him my details ** Name , Time etc etc **...

Im having the same damn problem the bonnet release gromet is so tight i cant get it through i might just drill a new hole.
