What are people using for wheel brushes?
I need it to work on the standard 182 alloys and TD 1.2's specifically, and potentially Turinis in the future. Obviously this will have a bearing on width of the brush etc...
Don't mind having maybe 2 for different applications but don't want to go...
Cheers Andy, I'm glad you agree as I won't be changing them now :p I'm watching your project thread with interest as I can't wait to see some updates :D
Haha well I'm glad I gave you something to talk about mate
UPDATE:
So I managed to get onto the suspension side of things at the weekend...
Re: sonny172cup "track racer project"
Very nice! Looks like a proper little race car now, and I like the very-nearly-RB colour wrap ;)
Hope it goes well at Spa for you!

Cheers Andrew, looking forward to getting it back on the rollers in the new year now!
Thanks for the comments Martin, really looking forward to Bedford now to see what the changes are like. Maybe we can follow each other now I know the track :p :race:
Why are you bothered if the emissions are good if it passed? Serious question!
And the top number is the margins, the bottom number is what it actually is. E.g: CO has to be below 0.2% and yours was 0.01%... so is within limits.
Ps. the bottom number is the lambda values
Try looking up Jtech Automotive, based in Caversham. Jamie is the owner and has been involved with many roll cage builds and races so knows what is needed :) and his welding is spot on!
Exactly what I thought, think I'll alternate between the 2 looks depending on how Im feeling!
New dampers all round and Cooksport springs going on next weekend ...
Finally got all my bits back from powder coat so was able to crack on with the engine bay at the weekend

I had a few more bits powdercoated that aren't in the picture, like the ECU guard and battery bracket etc. as well
Here's a picture of the porting...
Thanks Harbinger, I found a good picture here:http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?641094-172-new-top-mount-modified-spacer-issues
So looks like I've got it in the right order, I've not used a modified washer before so wasn't sure how it sits but now realise it just sits around that nut!
Been a while since I took them apart and my pictures aren't all that clear... So is this how the first nut is supposed to sit? Then modified washer/spacer on top of that, then top 'hat' then 21mm nut. Please confirm if you know!

Not yet Andrew, still waiting for the bits to come back from powder coat :(
Only update is putting a car cover over the Clio as I'm away from tomorrow morning. It's my birthday in a couple of weeks though so hopefully the misses will treat me to a couple of car related objects!
Unfortunately the powder coat hasn't been completed yet, so I just did a few tidying up jobs this weekend and rubbed down the face of another alloy (only 2 and a half to go!)

Going to have a read through your thread now mate, but regards to your £200 handling mod budget, what about a Whiteline RARB? I can't comment unfortunately but seems like the next logical step from what I have read on here...
Just my 2 pence :)
Good man! Can't wait to get out there now, to far away!
Did a bit more to the Clio the last few days. I under sealed the arches with Hammerite and added Waxoyl. I also painted the rocker cover in gloss black engine enamel. Decided to tart up the oil cap in RB for good measure as well ;)
I got...
Nice driving, really like the layout of Knockhill but a little far for me to go considering I'm less than an hour from Southampton!
That Nova driver looked like a right satchel. I would not be happy if he was that close to my bumper on track.
