Maybe the car has a faulty door solenoid? As in she thinks she's locked it (and drivers side did lock) but passenger side didn't? They are quite a common fault on the mk2 clios

Surely you would be better with a genuine one? And if you are lucky you could find one in the correct colour to save painting. If you are getting a non genuine one make sure it's insurance approved

£300 seems a lot to change coil pack/ leads / plugs to me but at least you are getting it sorted, and should have it back quicker that having a new engine fitted! :)

9/10 with climate control it's the resistor, and with a/c it's the blower motor we have sold hundreds this winter! I'd change the blower motor before you go to Renault and spend £££!

On models with a/c it's usually the blower motor that causes the heater to stop, climate models are usually resistor problems. There is a way to check if it's the blower but iv forgotten!! Its to do with shorting Something to check if the blower works...It's pretty simple I'm sure someone will...

Lol true ! But other people with cliosports round here are proper mardy & don't even look! Or are blind, I followed a black 182 alllll the way down the parkway in Sheff and they didn't even realise ! Maybe they aren't as sad as us eh !

Mines a 2004 and it's one 118500 miles ! Only had 1 owner before me & was on about 110k when I got it in June. Can't believe how many low mileage ones there is, its only a 182 get driving it!

Iv got a black gold 182 and it's currently so dirty it looks like it's made out of stone! I didn't even consider having a 182 until i saw this one very cheap so put a deposit down and went to pick it up! Think if I could choose I'd like a racing blue or liquid yellow :)

I wouldn't get the dci 100 as when they go wrong they are harder / more expensive to get bits for. If you are going for dci I would go for the 65 or 80 bhp. We do sell a lot of the diesel engines, injectors and turbos but on the other hand we sell a lot of the 1.6 16v k4m engines at well less...

I think silver is the worst non sport colour ! Just looks a bit dirty IMO also, the ones with sunroofs are the lower spec ones so could look with your search! Also a p38 lol bit of a odd one car on the list ha ha

Sounds an interesting set up! I'm bad enough keeping hold of 1 key, maybe you would be better getting a complete lockset at the same time more than one key must be a right annoyance!

You need the key chip which you can put in your old key fob with the old blade so the lock set is usuable still
