the seat belts wer not plugged in. they have tightend up and are stopping me from dropping the back seats.

wheres cheapest to get the parts?

the pre-tensioners have fired (part of the airbag/SRS system) so you'll need all new belts. Probably get some from a breaker, or find someone on here stripping their car for track etc

As people have already said. You will need new rear seat belts, you can get them new or second hand.

that's because the fron pre-tensioner is on the buckle and not the belt. If you look closer you'll find that it's fired and you need new fron buckles with pre-tensioners too

The front seatbelt pretensioners are where the seatbelt clips in on the front seats, some clios usually 01-03 but not all have rear pretensioned belts which is in the bit you pull the seatbelt out of not the clip you fasten the belt into. You can replace the rear seatbelts with the normal seatbelts and a resistor to make it think there is a pretensioner there. You can tell if is a pretensioned one when you remove it there will be a purple wire
