    Ph1 doesn't have a UCH, it's a MTU. Check the fuses and relays on the MTU and replace if necessary

    You could, yes but why would you? Also, if you ever look at an auto tensioner unit whilst the engine is running you will see it moving slightly.

    It takes all of 10mins to get the bumper shield off (wheels off, arch liners off) and a further 5mins to take a light off and put it back again.

    Yep, it'll be the ECU getting a signal to make it cut power... It sounds like it thinks your moving. Needs the wiring checking

    It's not the pedal, nor the TB. It'll be wiring related I'm afraid so check all connections are tight, clean and free from corrosion.

    Without certain equipment though you're going to be guessing. Sometimes guessing/changing a common part is fine or is an exceptable gamble. Paying for a proper diagnostic session, not a code reading session, can be money well spent as it will tell you exactly what is wrong.

    The pump is one thing, pressure regulation is another... Same assembly but not the same thing. You really should have it looked at though as it could be electrical or mechanical.
