Without certain equipment though you're going to be guessing. Sometimes guessing/changing a common part is fine or is an exceptable gamble. Paying for a proper diagnostic session, not a code reading session, can be money well spent as it will tell you exactly what is wrong.
The pump is one thing, pressure regulation is another... Same assembly but not the same thing.
You really should have it looked at though as it could be electrical or mechanical.
