No its free, however you can pay for upgrades which gives you the option to avoid tolls, which is useful for longer European trips.
But you don't need to pay to be able to save them as sat nav file, plus you can make your files public, which I think all mine are so if you search for me (a17vts...

Morning All,
I think I mentioned above that I've done a couple of road trips. I used a website https://www.myrouteapp.com/routelab which I found invaluable. For each trip I've spent hours planning the route using this website and then you can simply upload the route to a stanav. This allows...
Hello All,
I know a few of you already attend the breakfast meets at The Hare (Roxwell, Essex) however the last one of the year is being held at The Cherry Tree in Stambridge (just outside Southend).
I'm attending with a few friends but didn't want any of you guys to miss out, especially...
Sorry the belt didn't work out.
It does look like the lower bracket you are running is holding the alternator higher than the original lower cup bracket.
You could just buy a longer belt, surely the cheapest option to fix?
Funnily enough I just googled Wiscombe to see how far away it is.
It's 4 hours from home so a bit of a distance however it looks like a great event I'll try and get to one next year, will also help if my mate with a camper van comes, for obvious reasons!
Do you attend any other event further...
I took the mirror off when fitting the cage (there is a small clip at the back and then you slide it off) and then simply refitted it once the cage was in place. However I may remove the standard mirror and replace with a large motor sport item.
Cool, I'll drop you a message the week before to remind you as I may need to email you a pass to get in.
I love the look of my 2118's but as you say they are just so heavy. I'm thinking about putting a set of sticky tyres put on my Pro Race 1.2's as they are so much lighter and could save time.
So this weekend I managed to get some better pics of the roll cage. I'm not convinced on the black front section but I'm happy with it for now and I may paint it white over the winter. I'm just nervous that a white cage will look too in your face, but once I've slapped on a load of roll cage...
So weird about our cars, literally the same issues at almost the same times!
Yeah it is now a Full Safety Devices R017 cage, weather being good I'll give it a wash in morning and get some better pics of the cage. See if I still want to paint it or not.
Unfortunately not, I have a good...
MOT Pass - August 2018
Nothing major to report other than the Clio passed it's MOT last weekend. All went well at the MOT station no issues at all then as I parked it up on the way home and attempted to drive off without taking it off I snapped the handbrake cable! Luckily I do have a spare...
Funny you should say this.
First complaint was a fellow class mate, who had raised the issue after lunch. He was running a Fiesta ST and was a good 5 seconds behind however he as running a decat, which again isn’t allowed! He was a bit of a dick
Second one was just a jobs worth, as I’m sure...
That the seats where not in the upright position. They will go into the upright but they were not happy with them down.
Strangely both comments I’ve had have not been from the scrutineers! First comment was from another competitor and last weeks was from an organiser.
It’s not the end of...
So over the past few weeks I've done a few bits.
Firstly I did a quick oil change a few weeks ago, the car has done less than 3,000 miles in a year however it can't hurt:
Then last weekend I took part in a sprint at Hethel, the Lotus test track. Unfortunately they didn't allow people to...
